Lola Blooms is dedicated to supplying our customers with only the freshest flowers, shipped on time, at a wholesale price. Our farms and growers share our commitment to quality We realise that ordering wedding flowers online can be an intimidating prospect, but with Lola Blooms you should expect only the highest quality flowers and considerate and helpful service with every order.
Please remember that fresh flowers are highly perishable, delicate, and time-sensitive products which require a very different set of conditions than other goods. We will always do our best to ensure that you receive the freshest, most beautiful flowers possible. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will get in the way of that goal. In those cases, we will do our best to ensure that we resolve the situation to your complete satisfaction.
Please inspect your flowers upon arrival and immediately report any flower damage or other concerns the day your flowers arrive. Complaints concerning part of the order supplied cannot be a cause for rejecting the entire order. Lola Blooms is only able to extend a credit or refund when the claim is made on the day the product arrives. After expiry of the terms mentioned above, customer is deemed to have approved the products delivered. Please visit our return policy for additional information on refunds and credits. Changing your order
Once an order has been placed, please submit any changes by calling (800) 270-7004. Sorry, but due to logistical reasons we cannot make changes to an order less than 7 days before the delivery date.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. We must receive your request at least 2 weeks (14 days) prior to your requested delivery date and a cancellation fee of $25 will apply. .Requests to cancel orders less than 14 days prior to your requested delivery date will not be accepted and the order will be delivered as scheduled.
Claims and Refunds
If you have any issues regarding the quality of your flowers, please contact us immediately via telephone at (800) 270-7004. Claims regarding flower quality must be reported to Lola Blooms within 24 hours of receipt of product. Claims made after 24 hours of receipt of product will not be accepted. In order to process your claim, we will request digital pictures of and the return of all products. Please know that all claims are handled on a case by case basis.
Lola Blooms is not be responsible for lost or stolen packages, damage to the products as a result of being left in inclement weather, freezing temperatures, etc…, damage to products as a result of prolonged travel times caused by the customer not being present, FedEx or any other carrier delays, delays as a result of Customs and Agricultural inspections, or acts of God. As we make every effort to ensure your flowers are delivered on time we can not control the shipping carrier so in turn we are not responsible for carriers late deliveries.
Lola Blooms is not responsible for products mishandled by customers. Complete flower care instructions are posted online as a courtesy. Due to the farm-direct nature of our floral program, flower care instructions are not included in each package. It is the customer’s responsibility to know how to properly care for the products they are ordering.
In case of missing flowers, you MUST notify us within 4 hours of product arrival. All orders must be inspected upon arrival. Please report any damage or defects to the flowers immediately. In the event that part of your order is missing, we will check with the flower farms to verify the packing of your box. Lola Blooms will not be responsible for replacing missing items from your local floral suppliers. Lola Blooms will only handle claims when the claim is made on the day the product arrives. Claims made after 24 hours of receipt of product will not be accepted.After expiry of the terms mentioned above, customer is deemed to have approved the products delivered.
